Office Location

BrainSpark Media is located east of downtown Denver in the City Park West neighborhood. Our building, Lafayette Suites, is one building unit south of the Lafayette Street / 17th Avenue intersection (South / East corner). Once here, enter red brick building complex through South side entrance, by way of the black-top parking lot. You'll find us in "Suite C", straight ahead, on the first floor as soon as you first enter the building.

Parking

Unless prearranged with a BSM representative, please do not park in the building parking lot as these spaces are reserved for tenants. Street parking is typically available on Lafayette Street. The East side is all-day, while the West side of Lafayette Street has a two-hour parking limit. Please also note the street sweeping signs when you park on Lafayette Street. Throughout most of the year, street sweeping takes place one day a month and you will be ticketed if your vehicle is parked on Lafayette during street sweeping days.
